Custom Battery Packs

I am planing to build a new plane this winter and am thinking of using A123 packs for this plane, the New PA Extra 260. I also plan to use my FMA Direct Cellpro 4s charger. This charger only has a 4s ballance tap for charging packs. Is it posible to get your 4S1P A123 packs with their ballance connector installed. And what would be the extra cost involved for custom work like that?

I modified a SPT to include a TP tap for balancing. But, I'd rather buy them in this form, too! Prices would be nice.

I had several a123 packs in a heli last year. They had ballancing taps but after a few cycles, I noticed they were always in ballance using a TP balancer.
I flew the rest of the season without balancing. Probably about 200 cycles.
At the end of the season, I checked the packs and to my amazement, EVERY pack was in PERFECT balance.

I am now a believer that a123 cells DO NOT need balancing.

I now have many MEC a123 packs and do not intend to balance them.
Maybe I'll check them at the end of the season :-)
